What is Oraglan?

We work with verified vendors who list their products on our platform, and our network of riders ensures timely delivery to customers.

How do I download the Oraglan app?

The Oraglan app is available for both Android and iOS devices. You can download it from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store by searching for "Oraglan". Alternatively, you can use the download links available on our website's homepage.

Is Oraglan available in my area?

Oraglan is currently available in select metropolitan areas and is rapidly expanding to new locations. To check if we serve your area, download the app and enter your delivery address or zip code. The app will automatically inform you if delivery is available in your location.

Do I need a prescription to order medicines?

Yes, for prescription medications, you will need to upload a valid prescription through the app. Our system verifies the prescription before processing your order. For over-the-counter medications and other healthcare products, no prescription is required.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of products. Typically, orders are delivered within 1-3 hours in urban areas. For some locations, we also offer express delivery within 60 minutes for urgent medications. The estimated delivery time will be shown to you before you confirm your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order in real-time through the Oraglan app. Once your order is confirmed and assigned to a rider, you'll be able to see the rider's location and estimated time of arrival. You'll also receive notifications at each stage of the delivery process.

What if the medication I need is not available?

If a specific medication is not available from one vendor, our app will automatically show you alternative vendors who have the product in stock. In some cases, with your permission, pharmacists may suggest generic equivalents or alternatives if the exact brand you requested is unavailable.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is prepared for delivery. Simply go to the "My Orders" section in the app and select the order you wish to cancel. Once an order is in the "Preparing" or "Out for Delivery" stage, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a cancellation fee.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

Oraglan accepts various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash on delivery in select areas. The available payment options will be displayed during checkout.

Is it safe to save my payment information on the app?

Yes, Oraglan uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your payment information. We do not store your complete card details on our servers. Instead, we use tokenization technology provided by our secure payment processors. You can choose whether to save your payment information for future orders or enter it each time.

How do refunds work?

If you need to request a refund, you can do so through the app within 24 hours of receiving your order. Go to "My Orders," select the order in question, and choose "Request Refund." Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Are there any delivery fees?

Delivery fees vary based on your location and order value. Orders above a certain amount (typically $20) qualify for free delivery. For smaller orders, a nominal delivery fee is applied. The exact fee will be displayed before you confirm your order. We also offer a subscription plan called "Oraglan Plus" that provides free delivery on all orders.

How do I become a vendor on Oraglan?

To become a vendor, visit our "Become a Vendor" page and fill out the application form. You'll need to provide details about your pharmacy or medical store, including licenses and certifications. Our team will review your application and contact you within 3-5 business days. Once approved, you'll receive access to our vendor portal where you can list your products and manage orders.

What are the fees for vendors?

Oraglan operates on a commission-based model. We charge a percentage of each successful transaction, typically ranging from 10-15% depending on the product category and your sales volume. There are no upfront fees or monthly subscriptions required to join as a vendor. Detailed fee structures will be provided during the onboarding process.

How do I manage my inventory on Oraglan?

Vendors can manage their inventory through our dedicated vendor portal or mobile app. You can add new products, update prices, adjust stock levels, and set availability status. We also offer integration options with popular pharmacy management systems to automate inventory updates. Our team provides training and support to help you effectively manage your online store.

When and how do I receive payments?

Vendor payments are processed on a weekly basis. The total amount of your sales, minus Oraglan's commission, is transferred directly to your registered bank account. You can view detailed reports of your sales, commissions, and payments in the vendor portal. For vendors with high sales volumes, we offer more frequent payment options.

For Riders

How do I become a rider for Oraglan?

To join our rider network, visit the "Become a Rider" page on our website and complete the application form. You'll need to provide personal information, vehicle details, and necessary documents (ID proof, driver's license, vehicle registration, etc.). After initial screening, you'll be invited for an orientation session where we'll explain the delivery process and provide training on handling medical products.

What are the requirements to become a rider?

Basic requirements include being at least 18 years old, having a valid driver's license, owning a smartphone with internet access, and having a reliable vehicle (motorcycle, scooter, car, or bicycle depending on your area). You'll also need to pass a background check and have a clean driving record. Additional requirements may vary by location.

How much can I earn as an Oraglan rider?

Earnings vary based on the number of deliveries you complete, distance traveled, and your city. Riders earn a base fare per delivery plus bonuses for peak hours, long distances, and maintaining high customer ratings. Many of our full-time riders report earning competitive incomes, while part-time riders enjoy the flexibility to earn supplemental income on their own schedule.

What are the working hours for riders?

One of the main benefits of being an Oraglan rider is flexibility. You can choose your own working hours and days. Some riders work full-time, while others deliver part-time around their existing commitments. You can log in to the rider app whenever you're available to accept delivery requests. We do offer incentives for riders who commit to working during peak hours or in high-demand areas.
